So, what's next? If you've decided to proceed,these are the steps to follow.
(because
displays are often booked a year in advance, We advise you not to delay so that we can lock in a date for you.
We
know you've got a busy schedule. So, if you can't call during regular business hours, mid-evening phone calls are welcomed.
Leave a voice mail if you miss us.
During the call, we can arrange a date & time to meet and further discuss settings
/ locations and perhaps meet with the site owner/manager to review permission and obtain their input. We will work with you
to customize the display according to your wishes.
Based on this information, we will prepare a concise formal
quote and display description, based on a budget number you are comfortable with.
We need minimum of Two months to
process any display.We work on first come first serve basis we do fill up quickly so book early! Once you've contacted us
we can only lock in your date "After" we get the down payment of a 70% deposit to lock-in the date for you.
Option
for remaining balance is payable: Day of event we do not begin to set up until we have received a full payment.
We
will clean up any debris we leave behind the next day or when weather is permitting.
We are fully insured and Government
CERTIFIED.
Shortly after we receive the signed contract from you, we will start the process of obtaining a display
permits from the local authority For confirmation of event.
(Permits can take up to 4 weeks to be process)
